Can I use multiple WhatsApp numbers in one campaign?
Yes. Link each number by QR code or an 8-digit pairing code, then rotate between accounts or send from them together. If one account goes down, the others keep running. Message us on WhatsApp to find out how many accounts your plan includes.
Does BotMaster Plus support the official WhatsApp Business (Meta) API?
Yes. Alongside regular WhatsApp accounts, BotMaster Plus works with the official WhatsApp (Meta) API: approved templates, opt-in contacts, quality rating, daily limits, analytics, the 24-hour inbox and Click-to-WhatsApp ads.
Which AI models can reply to my WhatsApp messages?
You can connect Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or DeepSeek with your own API key, or use keyword auto-reply rules instead. The two modes never run at the same time, and your own warmer accounts are never auto-replied.
How do I personalise bulk WhatsApp messages?
Use message variants, spintax such as {Hello|Hi}, and placeholders such as [[firstname]] and [[var1]] to [[var5]]. A live preview shows the result before you send, so each recipient gets a unique message.
Where is my data stored?
On your own PC. Sessions, contact lists and reports are not uploaded to a cloud, and each account runs in its own local session without a separate Chromium profile.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
No tool can guarantee that. WhatsApp decides how accounts are restricted. You can lower the risk by messaging only people who opted in, warming new numbers first, keeping delays human and honouring every opt-out. For high-volume marketing, use the official Meta API with approved templates.
