1Agreement

By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing BotMaster software or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2License and acceptable use

• Licenses are granted for lawful business communication only
• You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp policies and applicable laws
• You must not use the software for spam, harassment, or unlawful messaging
• License keys are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by your plan
• Reverse engineering, redistribution, or unauthorized resale is prohibited

3Accounts and purchases

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Prices, features, and plan inclusions may change; the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.

4Digital products and refunds

BotMaster is delivered as digital software. Because access is provided instantly and cannot be returned like a physical product, refunds are not available once a license has been activated on your device. You may be eligible for a refund if the software does not function on your system, an advertised feature fails to work, or you encounter a technical problem our support team cannot resolve after reasonable troubleshooting. Refunds are not issued when a WhatsApp number or messaging account is restricted, suspended, or blocked — regardless of whether you attribute that outcome to software use. 5Professional services

Custom services and professional work are delivered according to the scope agreed at checkout. Completed or substantially delivered work is generally not refundable. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, or the delivered work does not meet the stated scope and cannot be corrected within the agreed timeline, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

6Software disclaimer

BotMaster is an independent tool and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery outcomes, or account status with third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for the messaging practices applied to your accounts.

7Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or website — including account restrictions on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license or service in the preceding twelve months.

8Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
