Fix common problems
Most problems have a quick fix. Find yours below.
Licence
| Problem | What to do |
|---|
| That key is not valid for this machine. | Check you copied the whole key. Make sure it was made for the Machine ID on this computer. |
| The top bar says Not activated | Paste your key in Settings → Licence and click Activate. |
| The top bar says Licence stopped | Your licence was stopped on the server. Contact BotMaster. |
| Could not reach the server | Check your internet connection, then click Check now in Settings → Licence server. |
WhatsApp accounts
| Problem | What to do |
|---|
| The QR code expired | Click Connect again to get a new code, and scan it quickly. |
| The account shows Signed out | The link was removed on the phone. Click Connect and scan a new QR code. |
| The account shows Offline | Click Connect. Check your internet connection and proxy. |
| It keeps disconnecting | Check the phone has internet, and remove any proxy that doesn't work. See Proxy and session folder. |
Campaigns
| Problem | What to do |
|---|
| The campaign won't start | Read the warning message. Make sure you ticked at least one connected account, imported recipients and wrote a message. |
| Many messages Failed | The numbers may not be on WhatsApp. Check them first with Filter Numbers. |
| Names show as [[firstname]] | Check your import file has a name column, and the placeholder is spelt correctly. |
| The account got blocked | Slow down: raise the delay, send in smaller batches and warm the number first. |
Mail Master
| Problem | What to do |
|---|
| The test fails to sign in | Check the server, port and password. Gmail and Outlook need an app password, not your normal password. |
| Emails land in spam | Send fewer per hour, add a real footer, and avoid words like "free" and "winner" in the subject. |
Official WhatsApp
| Problem | What to do |
|---|
| Connect fails | Check the access token is a permanent one and the WhatsApp Business Account ID is right. |
| No templates to choose | Only APPROVED templates appear. Click Fetch from Meta on the Templates page. |
| No messages in the Inbox | Finish Incoming messages on the Connect screen and subscribe to the webhook fields in Meta. |
| Contacts were Skipped | They have no opt-in. Mark them opted in only if they agreed. |
