Where do I get my licence key?
Right after you buy on botmaster.software, your key is shown on screen. Need it later? Log in → open the License page and copy it.
Can I use one licence on two computers?
No. One key works on one computer only (it is tied to that PC's Machine ID). For a second computer, buy another key.
I changed or reset my computer. What now?
A reset can change your Machine ID, so the old key stops working. Copy the new Machine ID from the Activate window and contact BotMaster to move your licence.
Why are some menu items grey?
Those features are not in your plan. Hover a grey item to see Not included in your licence. Upgrade on botmaster.software to unlock them.
How many WhatsApp accounts can I add?
Unlimited — add as many WhatsApp accounts as you need. Your plan details are under Settings → Licence.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
WhatsApp can ban numbers that message people who did not opt in. Only send to people who agreed, warm new numbers first, and keep sending slow. Prefer Official WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API) in BotMaster Plus when you can — that route follows Meta's rules and is far less likely to get a number blocked. BotMaster cannot take responsibility for bans.
Does my phone need to stay on?
No. Link WhatsApp once, then BotMaster Plus runs on the computer (like WhatsApp Web). Open WhatsApp on the phone now and then so the link stays active.
What is the difference between WhatsApp campaigns and Official WhatsApp?
WhatsApp campaigns send from your linked WhatsApp numbers — same style as WhatsApp Web. Official WhatsApp uses Meta's Cloud API: you need approved templates, opted-in contacts, and Meta charges per conversation.
Can I import an Excel file?
Yes. In Excel choose File → Save As → CSV, then import that CSV under Recipients.
Where are my reports saved?
On your computer, in the reports folder. Open it from Settings → Storage → Open reports folder.
Can I change the language?
Yes. Go to Settings → Appearance → Language. See Theme, language and storage.
