Add recipients from WhatsApp, groups or the CRM

Pull recipients straight from a linked account's contacts or groups, or from your Mini CRM.

From WhatsApp contacts

1. On the Recipients page, click From WhatsApp.
2. Choose the Account.
3. Click Load contacts.

4. Tick the people you want. Use the box at the top of the list to tick everyone, or type in Search to find someone.
5. Click Import selected.

From groups

1. Click From groups and choose the account.
2. Tick the groups you want.
3. Click Import selected.

From Mini CRM

1. Click From Mini CRM.
2. In Type, choose Everyone or one customer type, such as Customer or Lead.
3. Click Import.
