Search, remove and export recipients

Tidy your list before you send: find people, remove the ones you don't want and save a copy.

Find someone

1. Type in Search name or number above the list.
2. The list shows only matching people. The counter shows how many recipients you have.

Remove people

1. Tick the people you want to remove.
2. Click Remove selected.
3. To empty the whole list, click Clear.

Save a copy

1. Click Export.
2. Choose where to save the file.
